Last week I made German Rouladen. Which essentially is steak wrapped in the middle is onion, mustard, German pickels (which are not as tart as american ones), salt + pepper, and boiled egg. with my amazing peas and a German potato ball (I don't remember what they are called... that has a crouton inside... I'd like to share this with you all as I didn't eat much of it there was plenty left over...
I won't lie... it was fucking delicious.

It's a bit difficult to read the label on that beer, but is it Bitburger? If so, brava!
